Primary Duties
- Lead and implement division-wide change initiatives
- Provide consultation and support services for the division:
- personnel management, including reorganization
- staff and MPP recruitment
- staff and MPP performance evaluations
- administrator reviews and leadership on-boarding
- Projects planning, development and implementation
- communication and coordination with teams and stakeholders
- support & delivery of training programs
- Lead the annual Honors Convocation
