Audience Segments
91ÁÔÆæ IT will automate the import of faculty, staff, and current student data into Emma from PeopleSoft on a daily basis. If you have current lists for custom audiences outside of these groups, we ask that you please download that data from Marketo to archive it and then you will need to re-upload that audience to Emma.
91ÁÔÆæ's Emma account has a limit of how many contacts our instance can support. Examples of custom lists outside of the automated import that can be uploaded include: foundation or board members, community partners, local or community government officials, etc. We ask that you do not upload excessively large lists, or list of prospective students, alumni or donors. If you have questions about a list import, please check with UMC or IT before uploading.
As a reminder, Emma is meant to send emails to current students, faculty and staff at San José State University.
