Organizational Development and Enrichment Programs (ODEP)
ODEP manages new employee orientations, the annual Benefits Fair, the Staff Service Celebration, and coordinates the Spartans Stepping Beyond recognition program. ODEP collaborates with other campus departments and outside vendors on well-being and professional development initiatives.
