Manage My Personal Information
How do I...
- Change my preferred name- 
                           
                           - Go to  in My91ÁÔÆæ
                                 
                                 - You may also click the Change My Address and Other Info tile on
 
- Click the Edit icon for the preferred name; if no preferred name exists, click Add a New Name
- Update all applicable fields
- Click OK
- Enter the date the change will take effect
- Save
 To change your 91ÁÔÆæ email address to reflect your preferred name, to request the change. 
- Go to  in My91ÁÔÆæ

- Change my primary/legal name- 
                           
                           To process a name change with the University, you will need: - An original Social Security Card with your new legal name
- A completed form (for Faculty/Staff/Teaching Associates/Graduate Assistants/Instructional Student Assistants) OR a form (for Student Assistants) - follow the instructions in the Name Change section
 Both items must be submitted to University Personnel, located on the 3rd floor of the UPD building.

- Change my address- 
                           
                           - Go to the in My91ÁÔÆæ
- Click the Edit icon on the address you wish to update
- Update all applicable fields
- Click OK
- Enter the date the change will take effect
- Save

- Change my preferred email- 
                           
                           Go to the in My91ÁÔÆæ and put a check mark next to the email address you would like to make your preferred email. Please note, the Business email address will be marked as Preferred for non-student Employees. This is standard and cannot be changed. If you manually change it, it will be updated overnight to re-mark Business as preferred.

- Change my email address- 
                           
                           To change your 91ÁÔÆæ email address, to request the change. To change your personal email address, follow the steps below: - Go the maintenance page in My91ÁÔÆæ
- Delete any addresses you no longer wish to have in the system
- Click Add an Email Address
- Select the Email Type
- Enter the Email Address
- Click Save
 Please note, the Business email address will be marked as Preferred for non-student Employees. This is standard and cannot be changed. If you manually change it, it will be updated overnight to re-mark Business as preferred.

- Change my phone number- 
                           
                           To change your 91ÁÔÆæ phone number, to request the change. To change your personal phone number, follow the steps below: - Go to the in My91ÁÔÆæ
- Delete any phone numbers you no longer wish to have in the system
- Click Add a Phone Number
- Select the Phone Type
- Enter the Phone Number (you may also enter Extension and Country if applicable)
- Click Save
 Please note, the Main phone number will be marked as Preferred for non-student Employees. This is standard and cannot be changed. If you manually change it, it will be updated overnight to re-mark Main as preferred.

- Update my emergency contact(s)- 
                           
                           - Go to your in My91ÁÔÆæ
- Delete any emergency contacts you no longer wish to have in the system
- Click Add to add in an Emergency Contact
- Enter all applicable fields
- Click Save
- Click the check box for the Primary Contact (only one emergency contact may be identified as primary)
- Click Save

- Review and Maintain Alert-91ÁÔÆæ- 
                           
                           To Add or Update a Phone:- Go to the in My91ÁÔÆæ
- Click Add or update Personal Alert Phone Numbers
- Select the Phone Type
- Enter the Phone Number
- Repeat until all applicable numbers have been added
- Click Save
- Click the Delete button to remove phone numbers you no longer wish to list
- Click Return to Alert-91ÁÔÆæ Summary
 To Add or Update an Email Address:- 
                                 
                                 - Go to the in My91ÁÔÆæ
 
- Click Add or update Personal Alert Phone Numbers
- Select the Email Type
- Enter the Email Address
- Repeat until all applicable email addresses have been added
- Click Save
- Click the Delete button to remove email addresses you no longer wish to list
- Click Return to Alert-91ÁÔÆæ Summary
