Pause and Recharge in the SWC Wellness Lounge

The Wellness Lounge at the Student Wellness Center is a welcoming space where students can slow down, recharge, and care for their social, emotional, and physical well-being. Stop by to take a break, relax in the massage chairs, and enjoy creative activities and wellness resources.

Monday–Thursday: 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Friday: 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Well-being Coaching with 91ÁÔÆæ Cares

Engage in supportive, one-on-one sessions with a Case Manager or Wellness Coach to explore personal goals and build balance across academics, health, and finances. This service allows you to create a personalized action plan designed to manage daily stress and support your overall well-being on your own terms.
