International Academic Agreements
The Electrical Engineering Department has academic agreements with several foreign institutions that qualified students from these institutions can be admitted to the EE degree programs as transfer students or taking EE courses as open university students.
- MedTech Study Plan
-
The (MedTech) and the Department of Electrical Engineering (91EE) have signed a collaborative academic agreement for graduate admission and course transfer. Under this agreement, MedTech students in and who are in their last year of the “5-year Engineer” programs will participate in the Semester at 91 (SAS) program for 2 semesters. They will be allowed to enroll in upper-division and graduate-level EE courses and these courses will be counted toward their 5-year Engineer program at MedTech.
After receiving the 5-year Engineer degree from MedTech, these students will be able to apply for admission to the MSEE program at 91 without GRE requirement. With GPA of 3.0 or above and satisfaction of the university English requirements, these students will be “Clear Admitted” to the MSEE program and will be able to transfer three (3) graduate-level EE courses completed under the Semester at 91 (SAS) program to the MSEE program.
Below are the list of courses that are available for MedTech students to enroll during the Semester at 91 (SAS) program. If any courses on the list are not offered, Graduate Advisor will be able to suggest available equivalent courses for the students.

- Graduate Course Articulation
-
The Electrical Engineering Department and the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering of Hanoi University of Science and Technology (SEEE-HUST) have established a Graduate Course Articulation based on the framework and rule of Transfer Credit of “Graduate Policies & Procedures” as stated under 91 Catalog. Under the 91 University Policy S13-8, graduate students who have completed coursework at SEEE-HUST will be able to transfer up to 9 semester units (equivalent to 9 credits) from HUST toward the Master of Science in Electrical Engineering (MSEE) degree requirements at 91. Here is the list of transferable graduate courses. [pdf]
