Tabling Spaces

Table spaces on 7th Street Plaza

Student organizations can set up a table on 7th Street Plaza or the Boccardo Business Center courtyard to share information about their group with the campus community and host fundraisers for their organization. Reservations are required for all tabling spaces at all times.

Please contact Event Services at 408.924.6300 or by email at suscheduling-group@sjsu.edu for more information, or visit their office on the upper level of Student Union Main to pick up a reservation packet.

Note: Interested groups must be on-campus organizations. No co-sponsorships are allowed.
