Welcome to the GBSA Mentorship Program!

The Graduate Business Student Association (GBSA) Mentorship Program is an innovative initiative designed to enrich the professional and personal development of both graduate and undergraduate business students. Through our near-peer mentoring approach, graduate students are paired with undergraduates, fostering growth and leadership across multiple domains. Participants engage in 4-6 scheduled meetings throughout the semester designed to cultivate mentoring mindsets, boost motivation to lead, and enhance leader self-efficacy.

Join as a Mentor

Becoming a GBSA Mentor is a unique opportunity to guide an undergraduate student through their academic and professional journey while earning valuable leadership experience. As a mentor, you will meet your mentee 4-6 times per semester, providing insights into navigating both education and career paths.
