Students

San Jos茅 State University supports around 40,000 students enrolled in degree and credential programs per academic year. Throughout these dashboards, student related data such as the number of applications, enrollments, retention and graduation rates, and degrees awarded is displayed for the past 10 years.

Faculty

The faculty dashboards provide a 10-year overview of faculty data. The All Faculty Dashboards encompass data views for all faculty regardless of their type of assignment. The Instructional Faculty Dashboards include only faculty who taught a minimum of one regular session class for the selected academic year or term.

Courses

San Jos茅 State University offers between 2,400 and 2,500 courses with just under 6,000 course-sections a semester. Throughout these dashboards, data related to course sections can be viewed, such as enrollment numbers for the past 10 years as well as grades by course level. The Induced Course Load Matrix (ICLM) shows the enrollment distribution across colleges and course prefixes.

Programs

Required Data Elements (RDEs) are shared with departments during the Academic Planning Process. 

RDEs are submitted to departments in the Academic Planning Curriculog form and saved in the folder (access only granted to department chairs; the Academic Planning Committee; and, assigned faculty, staff, and appropriate administrators).
