Event Submission Criteria

91ÁÔÆæâ€™s Events Calendar is administered by IT and UMC (University Communications and Marketing). Event submissions must meet the following criteria in order to be approved for publishing on the event platform. Approval can take up to three to five business days. UMC reserves the right to reject events hosted by outside organizations that are not affiliated with or supported by 91ÁÔÆæ or incomplete submissions. Event listing criteria include:

  • The event form was submitted by a user with an active 91ÁÔÆæ ID
  • The event must be organized, hosted, or sponsored by an 91ÁÔÆæ campus organization such as a recognized student organization, campus center or institute, official office, department, college, or unit
  • The event must be open to the 91ÁÔÆæ community and/or open to the public
  • The event should reflect the mission and values of 91ÁÔÆæ

Responsibility for Content

Submitters/requestors to the calendar are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information included in their event posting.
