Richard P. Kubelka is a native Californian, educated at in , (where he was elected to ) and . His dissertation topic was in . After spending three years at the as a Visiting Assistant Professor, Dr. Kubelka came to in 1983. Dr. Kubelka's mathematical interests include algebraic and geometric topology, number theory, and statistics. He collects dictionaries and loves to travel: he has been to 45 states and 67 countries. Dr. Kubelka was named Professor Emeritus in January of 2021.
